No further updates on the original belly rub, she actually ended up leaving pretty much the next week and just had her baby a few weeks ago. However, one of the managers who works in my area is pregnant and she is legit days away from having her baby. I never wanted to ask to feel her belly because I interact with her daily and didnt want it to be awkward if she said no but earlier today she was near me for something and since we were alone in the area of the building I just looked at her and asked her "if I put my hand on your belly will the baby kick me?" And she laughed and responded with "at this point, im the only one who can feel the kicks and the baby has no room left anymore but you are welcome to feel!" So I put my hand on it. Her belly was firm but had a little give to it. I didn't rub her belly this time, I simply just put my hand on it, but she told me that the baby wasn't kicking but that if it did she would let me know so I could try to feel! Probably won't get the opportunity to feel it again since she's literally about to have the baby probably before the week is over but that was a cool experience!
