I'd just go along with it until she gives birth. She's 8 months pregnant and she appears really nervous. If you care about her, be supportive, but if you're looking for short term fun, make those intentions clear ASAP.

Seems like she wants a partner. But just because she has 1 k*d doesn't mean you can't have more

Be prepared to go with her if she goes into labor with you there. I had that happen to me with a 1 night stand.
