Ive always found surrogacy hot. I wonder if they used her own eggs for the babies? So its like the gay guys impregnated her in a way? Or was there a egg donor. I wonder if she'll do vaginal birth, that would be over the top!

Almost certainly an egg donor. At least in my state, it's against the law for a surrogate to provide her own egg (because they don't want the surrogate to have a genetic claim to the baby), therefore she is technically just a "gestational carrier" and not a true surrogate.
