This is a question for all the women who've been Pregnant, or men who've been with Pregnant women....I want to be ready if and when I do meet a Pregnant woman, or if and when my gf / wife gets Pregnant?

As a partner, what are the few things that I could do to make sure she's as happy as she can be! Also important is, how would I make sure that her sexual needs are satisfied every time she's in the mood?

And what would be a few things that I should absolutely not do as a partner?

A nice foot rub and a pot of ice cream and tell her that the pants doesn't make her look like wearing a circus tent.

It's really the same sort of things that make non-pregnant women happy. Any woman worth your time does not want to be treated like some goddess or any of that other kind of crap. Just treat them with respect and how you would expect to be treated.

At most you might need to do a bit more to help her out, as being pregnant does makes normal things a lot harder to do, but most of that stuff you should be willing to do for a partner any way, man or woman, pregnant or not. Small gestures matter way more than big ones.

Basically, treat her like a Human Being and not just some blowup doll you want to stick your dick in...

That's not what I meant, Ofcourse I'd treat my partner like a human being.

What I wanted to know was, what is something that makes them feel extremely good? Something unique to Pregnancy. For e.g a foot massage and back rub everyone likes, but Pregnant women love it so much more... because they need it!

It all depends on which trimester she is in. I say that in her first trimester you can start to help her out more and come up with ways on how to make her relax. Second Trimester is all up in the air as far as I can think of. Probably just continue what you did in the first trimester, but start yo give her body massages in areas that she complains about. For the Third and Final Trimester is where you start to take over most of her work in the kitchen and listen to what types of food she is craving. This is where you do most of the hard core massages on her. Overall this is where you do most of the double duty in the relationship.

Whoever is a parent to be just know what trimester you are in & know what your significant other wants.

(Note: I have no experience in this field yet. Just coming up with ideas that could help current fathers to be. I just hope that I can remember all of this for the future.)

When I was raising kids, I used to notice that I'd get mad at them occasionally when they hadn't really done anything wrong. I realized the problem was that they had grown and changed in some way and I hadn't gotten the memo yet. I'd send the old cues but didn't get the old responses. It was a lesson in patience. Your wife/GF will be changing fast when she is pregnant. Try to understand what's changed before you react emotionally.

Also, with respect to her sexual needs, your first hope is that she will have some. Some guys report that their wives get hornier while they are pregnant. My wife did not. She totally shut down while she was pregnant and all I ever got was the occasional pity sex. I was totally bummed!
