Did you try SkipTheGames? Honestly, the fucking well has run very dry. Lots of fakes, lots of scammers, lots of girls only wanting to charge you for pics instead of visits.

They usually 2 or more pop up on they every fortnight or so. You have to be patient but I got lucky found this girl who Manchester based and was ebony which made it even better. She is on AW aswell but her profile is hard to find

It has been my personal experience that pregnant escorts are rare. All escort listing sites are full of bs time wasting fake ads which is irritating. There is no best way to find a pregnant escort.

You just have to keep an eye on all listing websites in your area and hope one day you will come across one that is not a fake. You can try looking outside of your city/state however due to the escort business being flakey I would not recommend going too far out of your way.
