Huh...this is a tough one. You have to approach her, talk to her regularly and congratulate her...sometimes it can lead to small talk, and well, you can say she's beautiful and attractive. Most likely they are taken, but if she's single, she may remind you she doesn't have a man. I can't guarantee you will date her or score, because it's difficult to find a single pregnant woman you can go out with. I also feel shy and anxious talking to strangers, even if she's a beautiful female...pregnant or not. Pregnancy in the 2nd trimester differs from the 3rd trimester when she may not feel good and is awfully tired right before her due date. And mainly singles having an unplanned pregnancy aren't euthanaistic on finding a new man in their lives.

You're better off looking for a 'provider', a girl who exchanges time for money, if you know what I mean. Trust me, less drama, less hassle, less headache. It is more expensive, yes, but I find it's worth it. You just have to know how it all works, really do your homework. I've had quality time with over 20 pregnant girls that way. Of course, it's easier when you're in a big city, particularly California or Texas, but if you look hard enough, you can find them. Or pay alexnj to teach you to do it the way he does it. I'm sure he wouldn't mind.

Checking a 7 year old thread and I learned I misspelled enthusiastic...damn, spell check never worked back then and it doesn't now. It's hard to make friends or get to know a stranger who wants to befriend you in return. Babies R Us isn't an ideal place, you have better luck meeting a pregnant person in a grocery store where I happen to work in, a department store or a retail store (i.e. Wal-Mart, Target, the Home Depot and Lowe's).
