I might be stereotyping but I generally feel that East Asians (Chinese, Japanese, South Koreans etc.) pregnant women are more reserved. Approaching them for belly rubs or talking to them about their pregnancy are incredibly awkward affairs and you are guaranteed to almost never succeed. 

Whereas other cultures like in Latin America and in the US, pregnant women are more forthcoming with chatting about their pregnancy and are more open to belly rubs from strangers. Another example, I would say the Filipinos and the Indonesians (esp. Balinese, who are mostly non-Muslims) are more open to belly rubs and talking about their pregnancy to strangers and I’ve gotten a few Balinese belly rubs.

So what do you guys feel your country/culture’s fellow pregnant women feel? Are they more open to discussing pregnancy and belly rubs from strangers on the street?

Here in my country Britain it's pretty common for pregnant women to be open about their pregnancies.
Many of our celebrities women have been open about talking about being pregnant with various magazines and online.

Reading about CA, France or Italy, and Japan are not the most preggophile friendly, its not there (or certain areas, outdated, falsified, exaggerated or misinterpreted to Americans ideas of pregnancy vs another culture). I keep finding lots of East Asian women posting pregnancy pics or vids lately. And we can't assume all women in any given place or nation have the same personal belief of over sharing or hiding their pregnancy from the community or the world at large or beyond spouses or partners, families and/or friends.

I'm from Brazil and Brazilian women are very open about their pregnancy.
Here in Brazil there is a place called "Casa de Massage" which works as if it were a nightclub/brothel and there are some of those "Casa de Massages" that only have pregnant women here in my city have one of these.
And here in Santos, which is a coastal city, there is an escort agency that only has pregnant women and they do anything but the price is a little high.
