My girlfriend doesn't share my fetish, but she is respectful of the fact that I have it. We've kept the relationship open enough such that I can explore dating and friendships with pregnant women. I'm incredibly fortunate -- this is the best of both worlds. The only thing that would make it better is having her be pregnant, but she's not interested in doing that.
