I mainly avoided by niece and nephew's wife when they were pregnant most of the time. Whenever I couldn't avoid being around them, it was a little uncomfortable initially but it was a silly nerves thing for me that passed. I was glad for them and didn't think anything else of it.

Like I mentioned in another post, the first time I ever saw my oldest sister, she was pregnant with my niece, who was born six months after I was. My nephew was born about seven years or so later, but I was rarely ever around her at the time and that was never weird for me.

Same as with anyone else. It takes flirty behavior in addition to pregnancy to get me going. That and I only have brothers.

I just ask nice if I can feel their belly and Its always yes I remember when my 1st sister was pregnant. I got very happy, i went to her ultrasounds after 5 months and i hung around her so much people thought i was her son. i got to feel her belly as long as i wanted. but during my moms 4 surrogate pregnancies (& when she was pregnant with my 2nd sister) I was in heaven. i got to feel her belly whenever I wanted. the best part was she was huge at 5 months & her belly button was always out. her babies were always active. she had a home doppler that we used. I loved rubbing it when she woke up. but I just staid calm even though my heart was racing so fast I thought I had a stroke. turns out my heart levels were so high during those times my doctor said i should of been dead. their the same now. when he saw my levels today he said
HOW ARE YOU NOT DEAD?" they were so high i should of died in bed. certain things make my heart rise (extremely rare Pokemon cards, hot women, chicken fried bacon & pregnant women). the key is to not get sexually turned on. but there were times i had to change my undies. thats why i always carry a spare in my pocket. but my mom would kill me if i threw away D&G undies.

I get nervous, especially when I usually meet them in family gatherings.
Since my family is huge, we usually have a pregnant relative every other year.

Unfortunately, my fetish overcomes me and causes me to become both aroused and really nervous as the thought of coming out weird might put her uneasy.

That and the fact that as I get older, it makes it harder to get interested in her pregnancy in front of my other relatives. So preferably I would talk with them for a bit, then when she's out of crowds view, ask her if she's ok and about her pregnancy.

Daughters(not that I have any) and nieces are a no-no and prefer to avoid them.

My sister was pregnant while she still lived at home and I didnt feel any attraction

I've had very few opportunities. My sister-in-law had two kids about a decade ago, but I didn't get to see her very much while she was pregnant. There is one relative and one girlfriend of a relative that I would like too see pregnant.

Well in all honesty, I find it to be one of those things that varies by person. I never found immediate family even slightly arousing
(mom, younger sister was preggo but I wasnt aroused, but couldnt look at her either, or my aunts ( though you cant help but stare)

Now, I dont know why, but once i saw my cousin pregnant (year older, were teens) instantly went into a tizzy. She just looked soo... Woah!!! I tried to make myself think otherwise but the minute she said "touch it. Come give it a rub. Told her no, she just grabbed my hand and shoved it on her huge belly. Honestly lost ititEven some other cousins that got preg had the same effect. Totally helpless the moment one of them comes walking through with giant, perfectly shaped bellies. All of them. Sorry, couldnt help myself.
