I have an idea similar to that but different. A new drug that that supposed to prevent labor for population control works too well. It did prevent labor from the celebrities from Hollywood who created the Preggocalypse in the first place. The drug went to the public sale before the side effects could be discovered. The teenagers who take the drug find out that it might cause their wombs to stretch even further than humans possible. In other words, their pregnant bellies will grow even bigger than before making them look even more pregnant. In China, the drug became mandatory and went into the water supply without the people knowing. When the pregnant women find out, let's say never make a pregnant woman angry especially when they have been pregnant for a few years with large multiples babies.
