CEO/internet celeb (and wife to Ethan Klein of H3) seems to be pregnant with twins, at the very least, and potentially triplets, based on comments made during an H3 livestream. Summed up in a reddit thread by one commenter:

They said they'll know for sure next week when they go in for her next ultrasound.
