I mean, it IS plausible for twins to become triplets on a later ultrasound because the first ultrasound simply missed one of them.  A friend of a friend thought she was having just one baby right up until she went in for delivery and the doctor pulled three fucking babies out of her.  Apparently they were all oriented in the womb such that only one was ever visible on ultrasounds.  With modern ultrasound technology and techniques that would seem impossible, and yet...

We'll probably never truly know the real story about all this, but the next few months will certainly tell a lot.  In the meantime, you can either take her story at face value or not and there's no harm no foul either way unless you're literally buying into the multiples angle.  Everyone should be wise with their wallet, at least until we see things pan out a little more.

don't mean to be a killjoy, but yeah, i work with photo editing very regularly, and there's some pretty obvious artefacting in that image. look at how the digital noise on the belly + the texture of the wall behind is stretched and squashed. i would say there's a good chance whoever the photo is of is actually pregnant. they're just editing themselves to appear larger. if the person in the photo really is the OP, i'd encourage them not to worry so much. people here will be interested regardless of how big or small you are.
