(July 18, 2022, 9:11 am)Fertility lover So, I heard an interesting point of view that is, I think, relevant to this thread.  I heard it on a Joe Rogan podcast of all places.  He had a biologist on, I don't recall what the actual topic was, and it came up that genes are not sexual per-se.  Obviously, no biological woman has a Y chromosome, but other than that, genes do not have a sexual identity. 

All of the chromosomes in your body have been expressed as both sexes multiple times.  Even though this seems obvious after I heard it said, I had never before thought of it in exactly that way.  Everything you think of as you has been expressed both as male and female. 

For example, I personally almost never get my characteristics compared to my father, but am often told I have similarities in look and temperament to my mother.  BTW, I totally hate when people do this ("oh you're just like your mother/father!") and never do it to others. Nevertheless, the example stands.

This is, of course, true for both makes and females.  However, it seemed an especially relevant idea as it relates to many of us in this community.  Within this vein of thinking, it seems perfectly natural that biological men would have some vestiges of female "programming.".

Honestly, I just love the idea of sex that makes babies.  I'll gladly play either role!

I agree, I do wish it was possible. I often times pretend with myself that I'm pregnant when I'm bloated. Coincidentally I have a condition that also causes my lower belly to visibly move and twitch, so I often times imagine they are fetal movements. I love feeling them and playing around with them, but I wish they were real. I'm not super into mpreg but the idea of myself having a real baby in my big belly that grows, kicks, and moves is quite nice. Wish it could be real.

*cosmo voice* do I have good news 4 u: it is possible. You just have to exchange your D for a V. The surgery shouldn't be that expensive. So you could get pregnant. If ur worried about having periods: there are shots that can you can take & medication to stop that.

I'm a pregnant and birth fetishist and since my early teens have messed wround with fake bellies pretending to give birth. I love wearing a heavy punch balloon belly with a mix of air and water and combining it with a TENS/muscle stim machine to give me regular and strengthening contractions. Honestly, I've never had this desire. lol

Part of me is curious what being pregnant would feel like, but only if I were a woman. Then again, the fantasy is probably much better than the reality. Women go through a lot of shit when they're pregnant: it takes a huge toll on their bodies, and they may never again look or function the way they did before pregnancy. That's why I have a lot of respect for women who go through it (especially more than once).

I'm glad this thread has come back up because I've been considering contributing to it for quite some time, but until now decided to just observe it and see where it goes and how many people come forward. 

Firstly, I'd like to point out that I'm a heterosexual male. 

I've often pushed out my belly privately to give my belly a pregnant 'look' about it, with varying degrees of success. I'm not just talking about something which I've only discovered or got into recently. I can go back literally decades. I think where it ultimately stems from (and I'm sure this is something I've discussed in the past) is that this whole pregnancy fetish of mine started out in childhood as a general belly (and navel) fetish...which then developed into belly expansion with the rest of the associate fetishes stemming from there. 

In terms of a pregnancy fetish, I'd like to be pregnant purely for the pregnancy part and see how my body (obviously my belly would be the main focus) would develop. Being a surrogate or something along those lines would be ideal but indeed, I do agree with other points made here previously over your body may never be quite the same again e.t.c...

From the time I was a teenager, I've had these awesome daydreams about being pregnant in all sorts of wild scenarios, and let me tell you, it makes me seriously over-the-moon happy! I mean, how fun is it to pretend to have morning sickness, pregnancy symptoms, and go through the whole magical process of giving birth?

Just so you know, this fantastic interest of mine hasn't impacted my life or anyone else's in the slightest. It's like my personal ticket to a crazy world of imagination and playful make-believe. I'm just having a blast and letting my creativity soar!
