So, Google disabled my account for having “pornographic material” in my Drive. That means EVERYTHING related to that account is inaccessible now. My YouTube channel with the compilations and my hundreds of favorited videos, my Google Drive, which has countless images and clips saved there. Several of which have since been deleted by their original posters so they just…don’t exist any more. Including tons of Instagram stories I was going to insert into future compilations. Plenty of art commissions and custom videos I’ve paid for. Just about everything I’ve saved over the years…gone.

I’ve already sent an appeal to Google, and they said they’ll review it in a couple days but…I know the writing is likely on the wall. The Drive IS filled with porn, there’s no real way to deny that.

So, my question is: does anyone know of any backdoor way I can access my Drive before they inevitably delete it? If I could just get in for like, an hour, I could download the most important stuff and skedaddle. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I’m kicking myself so hard over this…I was planning on backing up my Drive NEXT WEEK once the holidays are over, and then this happens. Just my luck…

Anyway, I don't think such backdoor exists, also be careful about scammers.

I already got everything locked up tighit in my hard drives like a decade earlier, thses drives are physically in my possession so I would say the files are safe for now. But who knows, they could have cops breaking into my basement and hold me guilty for having "pornographic material" in my hdds tomorrow, or the day after tomorrow.

What????? No. You can have whatever the fuck you want on it. The issue is you can't share it with others. Same thing goes with MEGA and every other cloud storage site.

it seems like the YouTube playlist of your compilations hasn't been taken down yet, at the very least! i saved the playlist to my Library a while ago and i'm still able to access it + watch the vids inside --- should be able to back up the vids with a tool like ClipGrab or something

I have photos of my partner, quite naked, backed up in my Google Photos. This is allowed... not all cultures are so freaked out about a naked human body. I suspect it is because of the porn sharing, like @Glittering_You330 said. I am sorry to hear it, either way. I have a lot of things tied up with my Google account and if they ever suspended me, it would be super fucking bad.

I just remembered, way back like a decade ago when Google Cloud was barely a thing, they banned my account because I was using my own credit card to purchase their cloud service. The very same card was used on Steam, Amazon, Walmart... basically nobody besides Google thought there was a problem.

Now my google accounts are all disposable.
