My coworker is about 4 1/2 months pregnant and has been showing for about a month and a half now.  She's really popping out because she's really skinny and loves to wear tight shirts.

Anyways today she comes over to where I am working and sighs.  I ask her what's wrong and she motions to her stomach, "Do I actually look pregnant or just fat?"

Keeping in mind that I could tell she was pregnant before she announced it to the rest of us I'm trying to play it cool. I did point out that the maternity top definitely accentuates it as a baby bump and not fat.

I then motioned to my own belly (Some of you have probably seen pics), and joked with her that she had a long ways to go.  She smirked and said she needed that laugh and then went back to her own job.

Belly Button
I'd love to share a couple of comments I've heard over the years from two work colleagues who have been through pregnancy. Obviously as per my user name, belly buttons are a fetish of mine, so my ears certainly pricked up when I heard the following comments made:

First Colleague - "Well, my belly button went completely flat towards the end. It freaked me out"
First Colleague - "After my second, it's stretched out and looks like a crater, now"

Second Colleague asking another formerly pregnant colleague (not the one above) - "Did your belly button pop out at all?". Formerly pregnant colleague replied "Not really. Well, just a little bit". Second colleague carried on with "Does it go back in again?". "Yeah, pretty quickly" formerly pregnant colleague added... At this time, the second colleague was somewhere around the 22-24 week mark from memory - so I assume her's was popping pretty early.

Away from that, the first colleague had another comment to make - "I had no stretch marks at all until the final week. I really thought I'd got away with it...then I noticed a couple were forming on the underside literally days before <child's name> arrived. I was gutted".
