Are there any sites to speak of where you can chat with and/or meet pregnant women that don't require you to pay money of any kind?

Unfortunately you'll need to use general dating sites (POF, OKC, Tinder) and browse through the profiles manually. It used to be very easy to find pregnant girls on POF by doing a site-specific Google search (site:pof.com pregnant), as POF used allowed profiles to be fully indexed, but that's no longer the case.

I don't have the time, but someone should write a Python script that works through every profile returned by a search and saves those containing the keyword "pregnant". This could be applied to other sites too.
