I found recently a game called "fetish master", apparently it has a pregnancy mod and sounds great. However I can't find a place to get the game. I don't care if it's not free, I just want to play good pregnancy games, if not not customizable at least RPGs. Anyone owns the game or knows where to find it?

I played the game a bit with Maternal-reads Mod, but I didn't like it, not because it's almost all text, but because the pictures are not consistent and the bellys are tiny. Maybe I did something wrong and the Mod wasn't attached well

Nah, it's all text, homie. It's the preg content in the descriptions that are meant to be a big deal. The images are not great. Though there is a hyperpreg character on the beach sometimes.
