I suggest a website called Google. If you type in stuff like Felicity Jones pregnant it will tell you movies she's been pregnant in.

I tried that, its shockingly hard to figure out what movie it is.

I found it out by typing into Google Felicity Jones pregnant.

Going to assume you don't mean "The Midnight Sky" given it doesn't have a birth scene (and it's the first option of any search)

You absolutely sure it's Felicity Jones? And not oh I don't know Emily Blunt... lol why I think she's an alternative I couldn't say.

The movie y’all are looking for is called
Salt The Battlefield (2014) Felicity’s character is pregnant through out the movie and there’s a birth scene at the end of it. It’s not much tho it’s very quick
