I don't know if this is my favorite, but I certainly loved this VERY brief scene in a commercial for Tesco back in 2018 because the pregnant woman was hella beautiful with her British accent and the dress she was wearing. But I think the actress especially pulled off the belly bump she had on while repeatedly rubbing it with her hands that sealed the deal and made her more hot and sexy as a result.

With regards to it being either real or fake - it looks pretty genuine to me. If you look carefully at the 21-22 second mark, you can see the front of the belly protrude slightly further outwards as she breathes.
If it's a fake one - it's certainly fooled me.

They'd want their commercials to be good quality. So they probably had a top quality belly made. It has to look realistic enough for people to believe she's pregnant. Cute belly button too.
