Usually I find them in three ways: twitter, faceb00k, and recommendations from other escorts

Twitter

• Use the search bar, search for hashtags used by pregnant escorts
  
• If you don't know the hashtags just search for "bumil bo" or "bumil avail", should net you some results
  
• If you've found some escort accounts, you can search for the exact hashtags they have on their tweets for more thorough search
  
• Also sometimes might wanna add the city you're at on the search bar i.e. "bumil bo jakarta" if you're visiting Jakarta
  
• Lately there's a lot of porn affiliate accounts that used the same hashtags to promote themselves, making the search results a pain in the ass to comb through. I filtered them by adding " -viral" on my search, meaning to exclude the word "viral" on my search
  
• Lastly, beware of fakers/scammers. If you found a pregnant escort account, try to observe them for a bit (2-8 weeks for me) and analyze their tweets. Fakers often used someone else's pics (usually Vietnamese/Thai models, to look "pretty"), have no preggression (belly stays small/keep saying she's 7 month pregnant from 4 months ago), have monotonous tweets, etc. Hard to explain but you'll get the hang of it once you spend some time searching
