I recently made this using NovelAI, used a Dalle 2 image I made, put it into NAI's Img2Img, created variations, editing them together and photobashing using GIMP photoshop. It's based and inspired by the Girl with a Pearl Earring by Johannes Vermeer, very iconic painting in it's own right. Coincidentally since the real painting was attacked by a stupid climate activist. Anyways in GIMP, I matched the colors and contrast, fixed her belly and hand, after I took a closer look, made me realized her hand looked weird, it was bloated and had six fingers. So I used another NAI image I generated and photobashed that hand, matched the lighting and shading, making the hand belly look realistic as possible.
