For those who have experience with pregnant women, do you think they know that we only like them for their bellies?
I'm NOT saying sex is the only thing we'd want from them or that's all they're good for. I completely respect pregnant women. But lets be honest, their bellies are definitely the centerpiece for this whole fetish.

I've had interactions with several pregnant women and I made it clear to them that my attraction/interest revolved around their growing bellies. The friendships that developed did admittedly peter off after the birth, but while they lasted, I think the women were fascinated by my fascination and appreciated the attention.

In my position I say it is hard to tell because I've only seen a handful of pregnant women and they are usually out and about with either friends or family. I was in one position where I saw a pregnant woman but I was out with a couple of guys & I had to repress the urge. If I was a lone by myself & saw a couple of pregnant woman I would try to talk with them and try to see if they know some people who have a pregnancy fetish. Otherwise I do think that they know about people like us when they see us get a random boner because we see a pregnant belly.
