Movie about a blind man and a heavily pregnant police officer fighting against zombies. Found the full movie on YouTube but it isn't in English language. There seems to be one good bare belly scene from what I can see.

Wow I missed that as I was skimming through the film. The actress really was pregnant during filming the movie so it's no wonder the belly looks so real. Because it very much was.
