I'm totally for it, but you're going to have a very low number of women take part in it, they are concerned about grooming, fishing and the relationship could go bad. I had poor results and bad luck in pregnancy dating sites, including what's going on in Pregchan and esp. Fetlife. My older GF who's a mom of 4 (grown) sons knows about my fetish, however, I rather not partake in that due to 20 plus years of having to really hide it from everyone.

If you have no pregnant women, you have no app. And there's almost no incentive whatsoever for a pregnant woman to date one of us, especially in such a context. Believe me, I'd love it if this could work and I'd be the first to sign up, but it can't. You're better off trying to find pregnant women on Tinder and all the other bullshit apps.
