It's hard to find and fairly taboo because many people associate it pretty closely with snuff. Even on a pregnancy based forum like this its pretty hush-hush. It makes me wonder if there are dedicated forums just for this sub-section, though!

Snuff is the kink name for death. A person with a pregnancy fetish and a snuff fetish might find that they mesh in abortion: pregnancy until death.
