Same, tbh. I have suffered from crippling self-esteem problems about my appearance my entire life. Having someone use me for my looks might have actually done me some good, in a weird way. And yes, I realize I might be singing a different tune had that actually happened to me, and I don't in any way mean to minimize or dismiss the experiences of people who are groomed and abused in various ways by people in positions of authority. I am sensitive to that for other reasons and am merely musing.

Note also that we only hear the stories about when those things go wrong, because they're outrageous and sensational and they end up in the news like this. There's more happening out there than we can possibly know, and it's conceivable that some of it is a net positive for the people involved... and if so, they definitely won't want to fuck it up by letting the cat out of the bag. Either way: the safe, smart, and sane thing to do is to not engage. Fantasize all you want, as there are no thought police, but leave it at that. I can't see it being worth risking legal trouble or causing trauma for a young person.

I bet the teen was in tears because he got caught and was afraid for his future, not because he was traumatized. But that teacher should know better than to groom teenagers. I really wish people would generalize less about these sorts of situations. What Avarics said about case by case basis' is the best way to look at it.

Ironically I would be interested in an AMA with the kid (and possibly the teacher) not as a sexual thing but more about curiosity about the mental states they were both in. Was it consensual, and a few years down the road does the kid feel taken advantage of? There's a lot of interesting things to be learned about humans and society there, although I wouldn't want to force someone to bring up possibly traumatic situations if they weren't ready to.

And yeah *some* might not be bothered by the situation. But men tend to have fewer access to sexual partners (something close to what alexnj said). Naturally because of how society is structured and the issues of self image men face we're going to typically covet the very idea sex, far more so than (most) women. All the same, men can be taken advantage of sexually and sometimes by women who would otherwise be considered desirable. Relationships and power dynamics are complicated.

I can say from my own experience... unwanted sexual attention especially from a woman I don't know can be super uncomfortable. It would be super fucking weird if said woman was a co-worker or boss. It depends on the people in each situation.

Age of Consent Laws vary all over the world for one, two it's restricted to no nudity because reasons. Most people are decent.....also consider some people have been looking at pregnant teen since the teens were older than them.

didn't check this site for days so forgive me if this lacks context. Nor do I wanna read what's been said. Just happy a conversation was started, that's all I wanted. Thanks to those of you who were constructive. 

But if you're asking if i were him what I would have done, well I have was a 15 year old super-virgin with a well developed pregnancy fetish, so I probably would have gone through with it if she came on to me, been so happy I told my friends (they knew about it in High School), then got in trouble and had my life significantly fucked up. I def wouldn't trade positions with him, but it's absurd to think that there aren't hundreds of people with pregnancy fetishes that would, especially if their life sucks anyways and they don't ever get laid or are sexually repressed/frustrated.
