Personally, I think that pregnancy is full of mystery and it is always very interesting to hear the 1st hand experience from the real pregnant woman.  

I have been consistently meeting up with pregnant woman (e.g., pregnant housewife, pregnant hostess, etc.) , and my general topics are:

(1) do pregnancy really escalate your sex desire?
(2) what is the feeling of having sex during and before pregnant?
(3) do you lactate during pregnancy? if yes, how does it feels?
(4) when did you first find out that you are pregnant? 
(5) symptoms of different pregnancy stages (e.g., swollen boobs, morning sickness, etc.)
(6) what do you think about pregnancy fetishism 
(7) what is the reason(s) that brought you here (for pregnant hostess, pregnant housewife who are doing cam show, etc.)? do you husband know about this?
(8) what is the difference between this pregnancy and the previous one (for those who have been pregnant more than once).
