Downloading videos from Kuaishou is the easiest shit in the world. I just tried it out with the latest video on that "china preggo" Youtube account and got it in under 5 minutes.
The profile ID in the video seems to be bogus, but the QR code works as a direct link to the post; from there, just use the inspect element/network tool and download the only video that loads. It even works better than with Tiktok, because Kuaishou doesn't seem to have that obnoxious watermark hardcoded into the video file.
I think this might be doable with JDownloader2 or something, but I haven't tried yet. As for finding profiles without links to them in the videos, well, that's going to take some more ingenuity, but it's definitely not impossible.
