I am more fan of Chloe Finemann, such a hot cutie, and this was also a great chance to have Dua Lipa pregnant in sketch, but Ego is fine also

I think Tully was a bit like that. (Not the sexual part, but still.)

I haven't seen the whole series, but the one character in media so far who kinda fits what I'm talking about is Gigi (Wallis Day) from Sex/Life: Season 2.

With the type of series it is, I'm not expecting top-tier writing or dialogue or character. But, with Wallis Day playing the role, she makes the character both charmingly likable and alluringly magnetic in a way that makes you root for her out of everyone else in the cast.

Whilst starting a new chapter of her life, she's still allowed to be her own person, being a model who's not afraid to show off the goods (gold drenched and all). And when it seems like her man is starting to dwindle elsewhere, she makes for certain that he only thinks of her, with a sultry confidence that allows her to take his fingers and maneuver them underneath that godlike bump for pleasure. 

Cut to the dimly lit blue bedroom a couple scenes later, they are in the midst of doing the dirty with Gigi moaning sheer pleasure as she rides on top of her man naked and all. At that moment, even with an ever changing body, she was 100% in control of the situation. She made him attend to her needs when things were going out of hand and, for a temporary moment, really was the only woman he had in mind to spend the rest of his life with for a damn good reason.

A better example I can think of is Dina (Lauren Ash) in Superstore.

At first, during the last half of Season 3, it's no secret how much she doesn't like being her boss' surrogate (plus the baggage that comes with pregnancy itself). 

In Season 4, despite being visibly pregnant to the max, she is just as confidently sexual than ever before in terms of looks and attitude.

She wasn't. She talked about wearing a fake belly in an interview, plus she has no kids.

What makes it even better was that America Ferrara's character was pregnant at the same time and also about as far along as Dina, but she doesn't get to be in this thread because she was pregnant for real.

How many months pregnant was she in this? It is easy to tell if the belly is fake. The closest we had to a tbread that had both real & fake (with documented) was The Belly Guide on WordPress. Sadly they left and stopped udating it before the pandemic. Idk if we could make a group wordpress similar to it.

I'd wager 20ish weeks, seen her full-term pics which are a lot bigger.

Yes a bare belly in the right lighting where you can see the texture it's easy to tell for prosthetic (easier still if it visibly squishy when touched, belly button detail), but the lines in some cases are starting to blur with the more professionally made prosthetics.

Best example that comes to my mind is Melanie Scrofano who was pregnant in Wynonna Earp S02, but her pregnancy wasn't exactly documented until after the season had aired. While the bare belly looked rather realistic, it was hard to say definitively at the time that it wasn't fake.

Point being that likely would have ended up on this thread long before it was confirmed to be a real pregnancy. For actresses we already know are pregnant IRL through news/social it's easy to guess, but sometimes it's not as clear cut.
