Ikea is a great place for preggo watching, especially about 11am-4pm on weekends.

Yeah id agree with that. When i moved a while back i was getting stuff from ikea and there were pregnant women everywhere. Ive actual though of going back just to walk around and take candids for an hour or two

I try to do that at least once a month (although some trips are more fruitful than others). The nice thing about Ikea is that the shopping experience is almost completely linear, meaning that it makes total sense for the same general group of people to be in your vicinity for most of the time. This means that you'll get a couple more opportunities to grab candids than you would at many other stores (e.g. Target) before you might get noticed.

Where would you go to find most pregnant women? Marketplace, showroom, or cafeteria? (Your IKEA may not have a cafeteria but mine does. If yours doesn't just reply with marketplace or showroom.)

Showroom and cafeteria. The showroom is the linear part where you wind through the store in sequential sections, and people always stop and look at stuff. The cafeteria, at least in my store, is at the halfway point of the showroom and provides a good spot to rest those swollen feet. You could walk back and forth for a seemingly endless period of time, almost always catching a new group of people every time you go back to the front of the showroom, and no one (except for maybe employees) would notice.
