Can you tell if a woman in a photo is pregnant

One of my Facebook friends, who I haven’t seen IRL since the Before Times recently became a parent. Looking at her profile pic, I suspect she was the one pregnant (she has a wife). When you see a chest up pic, can you guess if she’s pregnant?

I think he's asking if its possible for him to to tell looking at it.   If you can see a nipple pic yes it is, but a covered chest is going to be difficult.
