By other pages I mean Tumblr YouTube or a Facebook page etc I've only just realised but it's probably something that could help others interact just a random suggestion and on this site can I choose who can and can't see my posts too??? There is someone who I want that to use that on they will remain nameless but I really really really dislike that person

For the second one, the best you can do is to block someone. It doesn't do too much besides stops you from viewing their comments, but there isn't a way to flat out block someone's existance from your perspective on here.
