Hi all, I’m mostly a lurker, but I’m a bit of an mpreg fan, and for a future Dungeons and Dragon campaign I’ll be playing a male Tiefling Half Drow Warlock who’s been impregnated by his Eldritch Patron as part of their Pact. I would like this picture that I’m using for a visual reference to be edited with a 5 month mpreg belly.
