I just watched a review of this movie and a throwaway line was-

Troglodytes womenfolk…pregnant, blinded, and missing their arms and legs reduced to nothing more than breeding machines.

The movie came out in 2015 and is a Western/Horror mashup the reviewers recommended. This movie is very good but not for the weak of heart, I posted vidcaps of the pregnant women.
