So this is a thought that popped into my head while I was working tonight
How bad/interesting would it be if a woman went into labor doing your job?
For instance, I work in steel manufacturing. Lots of heavy material handling in somewhat tight areas, where trying to bend down to pick something up is a chore even if you can fit between piles. Between that, the heat, the noise, and the all around chaos, it would definitely be on one of those nightmare birth shows on reality tv or something like that.

In an industry like that I would think they would put a woman on very lite duty the second the man cums in her.

Realistically they would be way into maternity leave by the time that happens.

No, I get that, in real life, yes, the one time when someone on the floor got pregnant, they were moved to the office.
I mean hypothetically, what would happen if a women went into labor doing your job

she goes to the hospital, has the baby, and... yeah that's about it. She's definitely not going to have the baby in the same room that they're melting steel.

I work in a hotel and I’ve had a guest deliver her baby in a room before, paramedics were called the baby wanted to born tho and my security supervisor helped her with the help of 911.

I teach at a university, so it'd probably be like many posts in the Stories section where a pregnant professor suddenly starts giving birth in a lecture hall in front of a class.

What about customers? I worked retail and there was a large pregnant woman in her upper thirties huffing and puffing on my line. Her mother kept asking if she was ok and the lady kept waving her off. It was probably just Braxton-Hicks but it was an interesting thought though.

In my line of work? She’d probably have to crawl into the back of the cab and give birth alone unless she was driving as part of a team. (I do oilfield trucking)
