If the girl in the video really is the Chinese internet star "Papi", as the video's title and earlier post suggest, then I have even less confidence it's real. Scouring her social media accounts on the most popular outlets reveals no evidence of a pregnancy or baby/babies.

I don't think she looks like the internet star "Papi" that was linked to earlier in this thread. I think it is real, but if it was faked how do you think it was? Prosthetic belly? I wouldn't mind seeing more either way.

And the (Chinese) text at the very beginning of the video says she's 38 weeks pregnant with twins. I don't doubt it. Asian women tend to carry small until you get about two or three in there; then look out. Check the excellent Korean multiples thread if you don't believe me.

Yes, that makes perfect sense then, and it must be real. Hah, trust me, I've seen just as many if not more Asian preggos than you - and you're absolutely right, they don't tend to get very large unless it's multiples or full-term. Or both.
