you got two main options:

jdownloader - simple, just need to paste your link
youtube-dl (command line, can simply download from most sites just by typing "youtube-dl -f best yourlink") you could also download just the audio if you like with the command "youtube-dl -f 140 yourlink"

i personally use the second options 99% of the time

but be carefull tough, those sites your reffering to in generall might contain viruses or being shut down and traced back to you.

I use keepvid.com.
