you can no longer create an account with them but instead need to be invited by someone else. i tried few months back when i first heard about it and the only way i could find to get an account was to literally purchase an account from other people

No need to purchase any accounts there, from time to time they have "invites" I don't have none at the moment, but I'm not sure when the site will be open for "signups"
