The pregnancy fetish overlaps with the belly button fetish.

I don't have a pregnancy fetish, but I do enjoy a pregnant belly because of what happens to the belly buttons.

How the belly button distorts, stretches e.t.c is a very large part of the pregnancy fetish for me. I've described it as the belly's 'face' in the past and barring the obvious expansion of the belly of course, is arguably the best visual reference when it comes to how much expansion actually goes on during pregnancy. 

Here's the odd thing... Whilst I don't mind belly worship pictures or videos of that nature, I think I actually prefer just plain belly or pregnant belly pictures over them - as there's no obscuring what I want to see. However with that being said, I could imagine actually doing belly worshiping in real life (something I've never had the opportunity to do, sadly) would be infinitely enjoyable. I totally 'get' that... 

I'd be interested to see if anyone feels the same or whether I'm in a minority on that.

That thing with the belly's 'face', I've always seen innies as a cute little mouth of the belly.

Being into pregnant women by default qualifies a person to be a belly worshiper. The belly is what defines pregnancy and it is what we are primarily attracted to. The other endowments such as swollen breasts, wide childbearing hips and fuller butt are simply icing on the cake.

Giving the belly direct attention such as kissing, rubbing, navel play and other related activities are the defining aspects of belly worshiping however, it can go far beyond those in my opinion.

What turns me on is the idea that the belly growth transforms it into an erogenous zone, the belly button becomes for that matter a sort of a thrid nipple, or better, a second clit.
Learning that women's nipples get bigger and darker AND become more sensitive during pregnancy IS actually what turned me to a maieusophiliac at age 17.
The whole pregnant fetish for me is linked to a "more sexual sexuality" if I may say, a hyper-sensitivity to pleasure.
