Well sorry. But to answer your question, probably not. I feel like if you went off of only looking at it, you probably wouldn’t be able to tell. If anything, you’d probably only know if you asked the woman about it.

I’m not really sure if you can, but most of the times, women usually have innie belly buttons and because of the baby growing in the uterus, it causes pressure on a woman’s abdominal wall that her belly button becomes an outie.

If it's poking out very far, or it has any kind of unique shape to it, then it was probably an outie to start with.

The elasticity level of the woman’s skin and strength of her abdominal wall are the two things that determine if she will have an outtie or an innie. As long as her skin can stretch freely to compensate the belly growth and her abdominal wall maintains stability against the expanding uterus her navel will not be forced out. 

The default position for an average navel is inward therefore it cannot be in an outtie position prior to pregnancy. The majority of outties we see did not start that way. Even the rare types of navels that lump a little are sunken amid the skin around them. In my opinion those are not outties. A protruding navel is only an outtie if it’s on a pregnant belly because pregnancy creates the conditions for excessive protruding of the navel.

Outie. You can rub the underside of the head of your penis on it during a bumpjob. I haven't tried it yet, but I imagine it's the closest feeling to heaven on earth. An outie also makes it look like the belly is "staring" right back at you.

If you’re asking about my opinion on them, I love them as well. It’s fun to poke them when rubbing a belly. There’s just something satisfying about poking them that I wish I could do it for as long as I wanted.

I liked open mouthed innie bellybuttons where you can see the folds and creases. When these pop out they look like balloon knots and when they're innies they have those ring of skin bordering the navel.
