When people want to see preggo porn it is to be expected that belly movement is a turn on for the watchers.

Lots of fetal activity throughout the video and in 2:46 her baby kicked (probably fetal distress) and she felt it and immediately puts her hand on her belly to calm the baby.

There's a lot of talking in the beginning of this, but after they have sex there's some visible movement that is acknowledged and pointed out. Unfortunately, the camera doesn't get a close up of the belly at those parts.
