Not much of anything, really.
There's two little kicks to the lower belly here at 2:50. The quality sucks so it's not really worth sharing, but here it is anyway.

In Ready to Drop 11 there is a solo scene where the baby starts kicking just as she gets in the mood. She even stops and comments on it. Legendary, to me.
