I have a question about making an account. They want your credit card right away, but I'm not the one to easily pull the trigger. I read in their ToS that they'll charge you, but then refund you for making an account. Does anyone who has an account can clarify that they do refund you back? Thanks!

They do refund. Their online chat / account assistance is also quite helpful and they respond promptly.
The amount is minuscule anyway. Its just to ensure you have a working card.
