I myself don't care anymore. It shouldn't be a problem. My close friends all know about it and they feel comfortable talking about it (even girls). They occasionally make jokes about it and ask me who of people I know I'd have sex with if they were pregnant. They all have avoided calling it "fetish", cos the word itself, by definition, means to have some sort of devotion. You can devote yourself by choice (e.g. Religion, career etc), but this is something that we didn't chose. And they all said that they don't get what I'm on about, saying that getting hard or getting off to pregnant girls is to be considered a Tabu or a sin. Lots of girls actually wish they knew that there were guys who thought pregnancy is sexy. Of course, not all of them, but loads of pregnant women don't enjoy their pregnancy cos their husbands get turned off by the physical changes etc, when they get horny a lot.

If it doesn't ruin or seriously interfere with your life, and if it gives you pleasure, I say there's no need to "retire" it. Enjoy it. And if your gf/bf are disgusted or weirded out by it, it might sound harsh, but you're not meant to be together, if they can't accept you for who you are. That is just a breeding ground (pardon the pun) for mistrust and an eventual breakup. I've had experience in that and have seen people's relationships falling apart just cos they want the other person to change. Of course, if the matter is serious, like if you're cleptomanic or you have an alcohol problem, that's different cos that ruins your health. But wanking to pregnant girls (or in general) is good for you, cos of reducing heart problems and risk of prostate cancer. And sperm cannot run out.

So...if it isn't ruining your life, don't worry. there are far more people that are fine with this than you imagine. You just have to make that first step.
