I think there are more men with a pregnancy interest than one might think. I've seen a few articles by women who are surprised by the number of men who have flirted with them while pregnant and they are even more surprised that some men find their pregnant bodies attractive. While we aren't as mainstream as say those who like feet, I think we'll get there.
