Never clicked on those threads and avoid them as much as possible. I get there are women that are 18 & 19 on there but unless you know for sure it's just seems super sketchy to me.

It's disgusting when someone hits on someone in a creepy, unwelcome way, period. Like when people from this site harass YouTubers, causing those poor women distress and causing us to look like a bunch of pricks as an entire group (when we're clearly not, I mean here we are having a discussion over the ethics of lusting over pregnant women of a certain age). The policy must always be LOOK and DO NOT TOUCH, teen or otherwise. There should be no interaction between us and the people we view, unless they themselves invite it (and there have been a precious few). This is a hard line in the sand for me.

I don't have a problem with pregnant teenagers being posted here. They're clothed -- it's no different from what you could see out in public, on YouTube, or in your Facebook feed even without this site. And those young women are volunteering their videos and photos to the world at large, so they're clearly comfortable with everyone seeing... granted, they probably have no idea someone's going to think it's hot. I would hope that by now, everyone's aware enough of Rule 34 to know that if you put it online, someone's probably going to derive satisfaction from it.

Furthermore, and perhaps more importantly since the P-word has been invoked... I don't think enjoying the appearance of young women makes a person a pedophile -- quite the opposite, really. A pedophile likes children, humans who haven't hit puberty yet and haven't developed the secondary sexual characteristics that traditionally make them attractive to humans of the opposite sex. But what we have here are young women who have clearly developed enough to the point where they're even able to reproduce. That's a very womanly thing to do. I don't think a pedophile could even get off to that! Correct me if I'm wrong?

Finally, the whole 18+ thing isn't universal across all cultures. I know that's how we define adulthood in the USA and certainly some other nations, but that's an abstract number that we've just thrown out there to try to add some order to the chaos that ensues when we ask "is this person an adult?" Hell, "adults" can't even drink alcohol for the first 3 years of their "adulthood" in the USA. None of it makes any sense. I guess I'm just saying that whole part of it is blurry and always has been to me. I didn't suddenly start finding the 17-year-olds in my classes physically repulsive just because I turned 18 before they did. I still liked them because duh. You can't legislate that. Why would it be any different now that I'm older?
