BTW: “posterior” means (in this context) baby is face up (they’re supposed to be face down at birth.

Here is one of an occiput posterior baby. The mom suffers vaginal tears due to the baby facing up. So much blood comes out once the head is completely out

Posterior births are so hot but rare. I personally love them cause it's more painful and causes more tearing. Also the baby face is so close to the clitoris when it happens so that's kinda hot imo
