So I found a mobile application that apparently improves either the quality oh frame rate of the videos according to.
I did some tests with some videos, obviously the longer it is the longer it will take.
So I do not know if I use as an AI what over positions the videos to improve the frame of the video.
Within my opinion if I get to see some improvement, and I feel that it would be perfect more for tiktok videos since they are very short.
So I will leave some evidence for you to see and leave your opinion so you saw some change in itself.
I do not know if mega lowers the quality of the video but at least do not notice something wrong.

I will also leave a short one with the original video "30 FPS" and the result of the application to try to remaster.

I'm not sure how doubling the framerate will improve tiktok videos. It'll make them feel even shorter and a bit more jarring. If anything you're mainly upscaling cellphone footage, which won't really improve the quality of the video either but will drastically increase the size of the video (as in evidence to the 1mb vs 75mb size comparison).

That's... not how that works. Increasing the framerate doesn't increase the playback speed. It creates new frames in between the existing frames using frame interpolation, to make the video smoother.
Whether frame interpolation will actually improve TikTok videos is another discussion entirely, and largely depends on the quality of the source material.

Reading is your friend. I said it FEELS even shorter, I know it doesn't affect the actual playback speed.

I wouldn't say I'm an "expert" at those things about improving videos. It's just an app that I found and did tests to know how it was.
But at least I do notice something but not entirely sure.
I will leave more converted videos, especially with tiktok.

Ii notice that when converting the videos, the Mb increases, But at least I'm not worried about storage.
If they notice something different with what has been converted to the original, it would be good for them to comment on it.

Don't know why a smoother video would make it feel shorter, but whatever.

It's almost as if I have a different opinion and mindset than you, but whatever.

Don't know why a smoother video would make it feel shorter, but whatever. A smoother higher frame rate will make it seem like it's shorter than a low FPS frame rate. They aren't, but your mind will perceive it that way especially if you know one is higher FPS.
When you capture higher frame rates and then play them back at another frame rate, it stretches the perceived duration of that video.
For example, if I shoot a 1 second video at 60fps, and then play it back at 30fps, then my 1 second appears to last 2 seconds, even though it lasts the same 1 second. On the other hand, If I shoot a video at 30fps and play it back at 60fps, then my 1 second looks like it took 1/2 a second. This is the basis of slow and fast motion known as over-cranking and under-cranking.

Interesting. I'm not sure I can say I've ever perceived this, even having done a fair amount of video editing.
