I joked and said, it looks like the production is well under way! And she blushed and looks down at them and said yeah. 
So, I needed to hopefully see her again and mentioned I have tons of baby stuff that I am trying to get rid of if she needs anything and gave her my number if she was interested in anything and 30 minutes later she says she would like to see what I have. Hopefully I can get a better look at the goods tomorrow!

This is creepy as hell, but it doesn't surprise me. We put up with this crap all the time, pregnant or not. I think she got back in touch with OP because baby stuff is expensive, but really, never do this. Beyond a "you look great, congratulations," leave people alone. Ugh.

With how expensive everything is, living in a "studio apartment" is hardly an insult now. You're better off than the 20-30 somethings who had to move back home or cram into a single apartment with several other people.
