OMG. I knew she had an injury but I didn’t know this either. This is terrible. ?

Clearly a bad moment, especially if she wanted that child. But I guess her injury doesn't stop her from having an other baby later

I mean due to that spinal injury, and considering that we (the public) don’t know the how severe the injury was (not including the loss) only through glimpses, we have to assume the worst that she may not be able to become pregnant at all due to stress it can put on the lumbar (lower) spine.

Regardless, we all hope she gets a full recovery and has the strength to put this whole ordeal behind her.

(Side note: I’ve actually caught some of her streams, she’s actually pretty chill and SURPRISINGLY a good gamer)

We don't have to assume anything.  It could just be that the treatment required for the acute injury would've endangered the pregnancy, whereas a chronic back condition may not.
